All construction plans and contractors for Oak Orchard Enclave lots in Wimberley, Texas, must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee to maintain consistent quality of homes and protect your investment.
Water conservation measures such as rain catchment at down spouts and drip irrigation systems are required to minimize environmental impact.
