We work closely with our real estate lot owners to protect their investment and the integrity of the Texas Hill Country environment.  The Architectural Control Committee works with builders and owners to ensure that the overall building plan meets the Building Guidelines of Oak Orchard Enclave.

Grady Burnette Builders, owned by Grady Burnette, began in the residential
remodeling business in 1993. Matt Lowry, owner of Somerset Homes, has built his home building business on the philosophy that a love for your work shows in the quality of the product you build.  Matt learned early on that there will always be a place for a builder that builds a quality home, offers it at a fair price and who has satisfied clients.  Continually improving on these principles has provided the foundation for Somerset Homes’ success in Wimberley and the Hill Country area.
 
Matt began his home building career in 1998.  His experience in construction management, warranty management, community development, design, and home sales has given him the knowledge in all aspects of the home development process.  Communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are tools that greatly improve the final product.  These attributes are carried out by each member associated with Somerset Homes.
